Happy and grumpy

Here are the girls, waiting for baths this evening. One is a happy girl and the other is grumpy. I will let you figure out which is which. We had a busy day today and they were tired.

Dressed up

I dressed the girls in their baptismal dresses this afternoon to get some photos of them, since I did not get many on the actual day.  The dresses are from my husband's grandmother.  They are over 90 years old. Here is the result. They are pretty cute.

Fun at bath time

Here is Emma having fun in the bath tub. John says she is looks like a Shriner. We like to have fun in the bath tub.  We have just recently moved the little bathtub from the sink to the big bathtub due to lots of splashing.

Busy day

We had a busy day today. We went to our friend's house in the morning and then went shopping in the afternoon. Here we are wearing our sun hats.

Teething hurts!

Here is Emma, chewing on a teething toy. She is just figuring out that she can hold something and chew on it.  She has two teeth and I think she is working on more! I took them both to the doctors office yesterday to get weighed, just to see where they are at. Charlotte weighs 15 lbs 9 oz and Emma weighs 14 lbs 15 oz. They are getting big!

A Day with Daddy

John kept the girls today while I went to a women's retreat with our church. Here is Emma, sleeping after her busy day with her dad. That is her blankie with her. Doesn't she look peaceful?

We went out today

 Here is a picture of the girls ready to head to our friend's house. We had a nice visit and it was good to get out. We don't get out as often as we probably should. The girls really like being outside. I also took them both into the library to pick up a book.

Playing in Our New Exasaucer

We had a great visit with John's sister and her family this weekend. The girls had their baptism and it went really well too. Here is a good picture of Emma playing in the new saucer toy that someone from John's work let us borrow.

Today we have been busy playing with grandma Cheryl. Emma likes to sit in her blue chair and Charlotte was playing with her toy phone.

Sweet Charlotte

On July 13th I got a new iPhone.  With this technology I started taking photos of my sweet babies everyday and sending them to my parents.  This was the first one.
